WASTE LESS, SAVE MORE
We are proud to announce By Glaze is now accepting worn down and broken jewellery from any brand (yes any!) which you would have otherwise thrown out. Read on to find out why and a special thank you from us for doing so.
The fast fashion industry has been growing at an alarming rate, and with the increased demand in new and trendy items comes the increase in discarding the unwanted ones, ending up in landfill, polluting our planet for years to come.
But it’s not just clothes that get quickly thrown out, this also happens too frequently to electronics and jewellery… which is where we come in!
WE'RE DOING OUR BIT
We are proud to introduce our Jewellery Recycling program where we recycle any unwanted or broken sterling silver jewellery from any brand - giving it a second life, putting it back into circulation and turning it into a new product in our collections.
P.s by working with our factories and using recycled silver in our jewellery, instead of mined, together we are reducing CO2 emissions by 66%.
HOW TO RECYCLE YOUR JEWELLERY

THE END GOAL
It is our mission to create beautiful and timeless pieces of jewellery that have our planet and people front of mind. Since working alongside our factories, and using only recycled sterling silver in our pieces, together we have saved 422kg of silver from being mined from the ground. We’re incredibly proud of this number and we hope you are too.
